ABOUT OUR FACILITY
MEMBER GUIDELINES
- Membership fees will only be returned in the event of a medical leave or relocation outside of a 75 mile radius.
- All members and their guests must register at the front desk when entering the club.
- Guest fees are $15 per adult, per day. Guest fees not settled will be assessed to the member.
- During the full week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years – Family members of current members may use the facility without using their guest passes and without any additional fee. All other times of the year a guest pass, short term membership, or guest fee must be applied.
- Food beverages (other than water) and chewing gum are not permitted on court.
- Wildwood is a smoke free environment.
- All persons using the club facilities do so at their own risk. Wildwood is not responsible for any accident or personal injury, loss or damage to personal property.
- Clothing worn on court must be of a tennis nature. Shoes must be flat soled and non scuff. Shirts must be worn on the indoor and outdoor courts at all times.
- No solicitation is permitted on club grounds, including services that directly compete with those provided by Wildwood including pro shop services, racquet stringing and repair. Only Wildwood teaching professionals are permitted to conduct lessons and provide tennis services at the club.
- Open court time may be reserved in ½ hour or more segments and not more than seven days in advance
- Open time reservations cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours in advance without a court charge or lesson charge.
- All members securing permanent court time are financially responsible for the entire 33-37 week indoor season. It is the pct holders responsibility to find a replacement for any reason (illness, injury, etc.). Non member subs will be assessed a guest fee.
- Permanent court time and court reservations are only to be used for the times that are reserved. If your court is open before your time, you can go down no more than 5 minutes before your reserved time.
- The club reserves the right to reassign courts in order to accommodate as many members as possible. Every effort will be made to provide similar playing conditions.
- All members of Wildwood are required to provide a valid credit card number in order to gain membership and participate in Wildwood programs.

Complimentary Junior Walk-On court time is for any junior member who is enrolled in a junior program. Membership and current class enrollment are required.
- All pickleball court time must wait until their court time begins before coming onto the court. The nets and equipment must be put away after use. Please make sure to be considerate of lessons, groups, and programming happening at your court time
