Total Body Bootcamp

Fitness classes with LeAnn Nome, Certified Group Exercise Instructor. 

  • For adults and youth ages 14+ (or 10-13 with a parent also in class)

  • 45 minute, total body toning & resistance exercises in circuit training format

  • Cardio bursts within each round to keep the heart rate up & burn more calories

  • Balance and core work incorporated into every class

  • Stretching segment at the end to improve flexibility & range of motion

  • Beneficial for ALL levels of fitness!

Class Options

Monday/Thursday 9:30 – 10:15am

Monday/Thursday 5:30 – 6:15pm

Saturday 9:00 – 9:45am


Session 1: May 1st – 24th

Session 2: June 5th – 28th

Session 3: July 1st – 31st (no class on 7/3 & 7/22)

(Note: you can mix & match class times each week!)
