Strength & Stability w/ LeAnn

Strength & Stability is a full body functional fitness class with a focus on ‘real life’ movements to engage your muscles in unique and dynamic ways. Think…bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, etc. The class will utilize dumbbells, but also unconventional tools like the steel mace, kettlebells, and more! This class will increase your overall strength and stability, while also decreasing your risk of injury in everyday life. All fitness levels welcome!

Fitness classes with LeAnn Nome, Certified Group Exercise Instructor. 

  • Must have 3 to run the class
  • Register the day prior
  • Drop-in Member Cost: $12/time
  • Drop- in Non-Member Cost: $17/time

Class Options

Monday, Thursday, Saturday: 8:00-8:45am

Tuesday: 6:30-7:15 pm

Cost: $45 per monthly session – $12 per drop in

Pre-Court Mobility is designed as a full body prep class to get the player ready to step on the court immediately following the class and to perform optimally and reduce the likelihood of injury.

Body barre

Body barre features movements inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates – designed to break muscles down to rebuild long, lean and toned. Pulse and shake in a class which has changing routines, a variety of props, and high-energy playlists. This high intensity, low impact modality is perfect for increasing flexibility, muscle strength, posture, and boosting your overall health.
Body barre brings you the benefits of a traditional barre class minus the barre!
