Total Body Bootcamp

Fitness classes with LeAnn Nome, Certified Group Exercise Instructor. 

  • All levels welcome! (Ages 14+ or 10-13 with parent in class)

  • 45 minute, total body toning & resistance exercises in circuit training format

  • Cardio bursts within each round to keep the heart rate up & burn more calories

  • Balance and core work incorporated into every class

  • Stretching segment at the end to improve flexibility & range of motion

Class Options

Monday/Thursday: 9:30 – 10:15 a.m.

Monday/Thursday: 5:30 – 6:15 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 – 9:45 a.m.

*You can mix and match classes each week.
