Fitness Programs

Total Body Bootcamp classes taught by LeAnn Nome, a certified group exercise instructor, personal trainer, & youth exercise specialist. 

  •  Ideal & beneficial for ALL levels of fitness!

  • For adults and youth ages 14+ (or 10-13 with a parent also in class)

  • 45 minute, total body toning & resistance exercises in circuit training format

  • Cardio bursts within each round to keep the heart rate up & burn more calories

  • Balance and core work incorporated into every class

  • Stretching segment at the end to improve flexibility & range of motion

Class Options

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 – 10:45 a.m.

Monday, Thursday: 5:30 – 6:15 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 – 9:45 a.m.

*Choose three classes a week for the maximum benefits!

$40/4 week session!

  • Session 1: 1/3 – 2/1

  • Session 2: 2/3 – 3/7 (no classes Feb. 10th -15th)
  • Session 3: 3/9 – 4/4
  • Session 4: 4/6 – 5/2
  • Session 5: 5/4 – 5/30
