Total Body Bootcamp
Fitness classes with LeAnn Nome, Certified Group Exercise Instructor.
For adults and youth ages 14+ (or 10-13 with a parent also in class)
45 minute, total body toning & resistance exercises in circuit training format
Cardio bursts within each round to keep the heart rate up & burn more calories
Balance and core work incorporated into every class
Stretching segment at the end to improve flexibility & range of motion
- Beneficial for ALL levels of fitness!
Class Options
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9:30 – 10:15am
Monday/Thursday: 5:30 – 6:15pm
Saturday: 9:00 – 9:45am
Cost: $40 per monthly session – $10 per drop in
(Note: you can mix & match class times each week!)
