Wildwood’s fitness center has everything you need to achieve your goals of getting in shape, increasing mobility, or maintaining your current level of fitness. Our trainers make wellness intentional, accessible, and fun at any age using an integrative approach that combines our premiere equipment and techniques tailored specifically to your needs.

1:1 Personal Training

Elevate your fitness in personalized 1:1 training sessions with an International Sports Science Association Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Move forward towards your goals of increased mobility, strength, endurance or a more powerful serve through individualized coaching in Wildwood’s fitness center.

1:1 Private Session Rates:
$70/hour/member ($40 for 30 minutes)
$84/hour/nonmember ($47 for 30 minutes)

Andrew is also available for semi private and small group training
Semi Private 1 hour session rates are the same as 30 minute session rate

Times (Through End of May):

  • Tuesday, Thursday: 11:30-12:15 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00-8:45 am

Times (Starting June):

  • Tuesday: 9:30-10:15 am
  • Thursday, Saturday: 8:00-8:45 am

Designed to help you to build the kind of strength and stability that’s applicable to every day movements, Strength and Stability focuses on functional movements. Bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling are key components in effectively and dynamically targeting the muscles used in routine movements with dumbbells, steel maces, and kettlebells. The result? A challenging and engaging workout that increases strength, improves balance, and lowers the risk of injury in everyday life. Open to all fitness levels.
