Wildwood’s fitness center has everything you need to achieve your goals of getting in shape, increasing mobility, or maintaining your current level of fitness. Our trainers make wellness intentional, accessible, and fun at any age using an integrative approach that combines our premiere equipment and techniques tailored specifically to your needs.
Mix it up with unlimited Monthly Classes at $72 for members & $90 for non-members.
Must have 3 per class to run. Please register day prior.

Strength and Stability
Age Group: 18 years +
Times:
- Monday, Thursday, Saturday: 8:00-8:45am
- Tuesday: 6:30-7:15 pm
Cost: $45 per monthly session – $12 per drop in
Designed to help you to build the kind of strength and stability that’s applicable to every day movements, Strength and Stability focuses on functional movements. Bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling are key components in effectively and dynamically targeting the muscles used in routine movements with dumbbells, steel maces, and kettlebells. The result? A challenging and engaging workout that increases strength, improves balance, and lowers the risk of injury in everyday life. Open to all fitness levels.
1:1 Personal Training
Elevate your fitness in personalized 1:1 training sessions with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Reach your goals of improved mobility, increased strength, and enhanced endurance through individualized workouts in Wildwood’s wellness center.
